Error retrieving license information


Hi Team, I cant login to webtestit and receiving below error.
“Error retrieving license information: We couldn’t contact the license service. Please check your internet connection. Or try our instructions on how to configure Webtestit running behind a proxy.”
I am connected to internet and using correct credentials.
Please resolve.
